You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Development Coordinator works on a variety of activities in support of The Nature Conservancy in Massachusetts fundraising and donor stewardship activities. They work with colleagues across the organization to ensure gifts and pledges are accurately recorded to reflect donor intent and promptly acknowledged. They support out the door fundraisers with navigating gift receipting processes and thanking donors. The Development Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all gifts have documentation and records are managed for security and within retention guidelines. They are responsible for updating electronic donor records in Conservancys CRM database and will extract reports and provide gift information to staff. They facilitate a quarterly review of donor pledges in partnership with the finance manager. They support fundraising staff with an internal corporate registry process. They also provide support to conservation and policy staff to track public funds. They also provide general membership assistance along with other tasks as needed.

Specific responsibilities include:
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $65160 $78120. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidates actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors including for example the candidates location qualifications specific skills and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
