KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Lead and grow a high-performing team from planning perspective to support Nike Direct Own Store and Value Stores business growth
- Lead team to conduct business plan by store level including:
- NSO & NVS Store sales target for athletes incentive
- NSO & NVS door level retail KPIs
- NSO Door level hindsight and business shape for in-season reaction and pre-season investment plan
- NVS Door level rolling fcst at lower granularity to feed weekly store replenishment / shipment plan
- NVS Door level specific promotion management
- Drive and deliver NSO & NVS Fleet related process and plan including
- Fleet evaluation for fleet transformation / optimization
- Financial & Business guardrail setting for different Retail Concept
- Part of REC process for each New door / Remodel door business case (incl. Rev & all Retail KPIs fcst SKU count plan)
- NVS Store Segmentation management to support pre-season investment plan and in-season inventory management based on right store tiering
- Traffic fcst and tracking provide inputs/insight for financial plan
- Play as the key bridge and connection window between field and HQ planning to deliver business strategy & direction and gather frontline inputs / feedback from different city / region / territory to help business growth
REQUIREMENT
- Masters / Bachelors degree
- 10 years of experience in planning retail industry
- Strong Retail business sense and understand how retail store operates.
- Comprehensive understanding of retail math
- Strong logic thinking capabilities with growth mindsets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience is more preferred
