Were looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our Inventory & Availability this role youll own the product lifecycle end-to-end from defining the vision and roadmap to collaborating with engineering teams on building deploying and scaling reliable customer-facing systems. Youll play a critical role in shaping platform capabilities aligning cross-functional teams and driving technical innovation that powers real-time inventory accuracy and availability across our digital ecosystem. About the role:
Define and Drive the Strategic Product Vision: Own the long-term vision and strategy for Digital Inventory Services aligning cross-functional stakeholders and enterprise priorities to deliver business value at scale.
Architect and Evolve the Product Roadmap: Develop a forward-looking roadmap that balances platform modernization scalability and speed-to-valueprioritizing foundational capabilities alongside customer-facing innovation.
Lead Complex System Integrations: Partner deeply with engineering data operations and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless real-time integration of inventory data across eCommerce OMS POS and supply chain platforms.
Build a Data-Driven Product Culture: Define key performance indicators for inventory accuracy data latency and fulfillment reliability. Use quantitative and qualitative insights to continuously optimize the product and system performance.
Translate Business Needs into Scalable Solutions: Collaborate with senior stakeholders across sales marketing planning and logistics to distill business needs into robust technically sound product requirements and platform capabilities.
Champion the Consumer Experience Through Technical Excellence: Drive features that enable real-time inventory visibility intelligent product reservations and dynamic fulfillmentall with a focus on improving customer satisfaction and reducing operational friction.
Lead Vendor & Platform Strategy: Evaluate and manage third-party platforms and services related to inventory accuracy system orchestration and data synchronization. Own vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
Plan for Resilience and Scale: Identify and mitigate risks related to data inconsistency peak demand loads and platform outages. Build for scale to support omnichannel growth global expansion and new digital capabilities.
Drive Innovation and Technical Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging technologies in inventory intelligence APIs distributed systems and retail tech. Bring forward bold practical ideas to keep the platform future-ready.
About you:
810 years of product management experience with at least 45 years in technical product roles within eCommerce retail or supply chain
Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Supply Chain Management or a related field
Proven experience in inventory and order management including availability order orchestration payments and returns
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Manhattan Active Omni IBM Sterling Shopify Magento or custom-built commerce systems
Strong understanding of omnichannel fulfillment distributed order systems and inventory visibility across channels
Familiarity with domain-driven design hexagonal architecture and API-first integration approaches
Ability to participate in architectural discussions and make technically sound product decisions
Working knowledge of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Excellent communication stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
MBA or equivalent experience in business or product strategy
Experience managing inventory across multiple geographies or channels
Background in ERP WMS or third-party logistics system integrations
Experience with platform scalability and performance optimization in high-volume retail environments.
