This role focuses on assisting in the program management of theMaster Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA)andAgreement for Boat Repair (ABR)programs as well as managing associated administrative and data management functions. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities to ensure accurate timely and high-quality program support. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the program management of theMSRA/ABRprograms including tracking monitoring and reporting on contractual activities.
- Support programmatic administrative and data management tasks ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Compile organize and maintain program data ensuring it is readily available for reporting and decision-making.
- Analyze program and contract data identifying trends and preparing reports and presentations for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
- Prepare correspondence briefings and other documentation inWordandPowerPoint.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned deliverables in support of Code 400A and CNRMC objectives.
