We are currently seeking applications for a Business Support Officer. This role is central to National Records of Scotland (NRS) and will give the successful candidate an opportunity to gain insight and experience at the heart of our business.
Your role within our Business Management Unit (BMU) will provide support to the Chief Executive as well as members of the wider Executive Management Team. You will support the corporate governance boards and processes. The work is varied and interesting and at the heart of senior decision making in the organisation giving you exposure to the management of a Scottish Government public body and provides opportunities to develop a wide variety of skills.
Communication skills and the ability to understand complex information and give clear explanations to customers are important. Remaining calm in difficult situations and maintaining a professional manner.
