Acacia Connection is an Employee Assistance provider that is making a difference to the lives of thousands of employees and their immediate families in the area of mental health. We provide high quality exceptional counselling services and assistance to individuals who have personal and/or work-related issues that may impact their wellbeing work performance safety individual and workplace morale and psychological health.
We are looking for a new member on a permanent full-time basis to join our business to provide tender-writing support in our business development functions.
The Role
The successful candidate will be required to lead and co-ordinate a number of tender opportunities and projects simultaneously whilst ensuring delivery of high addition the role will entail:
- Managing and coordinating the tender process from start to end with support of the sales consultants
- Producing accurate timely high quality tender responses to support Acacias business growth
- Working with standard content as well as designing and growing the library and templates
- Writing and reviewing all sales and proposal material to ensure accuracy compliance and consistency
- Working under tight deadlines across multiple opportunities to meet submission timelines
- You will be working within a fast-growing organisation that requires patience and flexibility
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a self-motivated enthusiastic and organised individual with a high level of attention to detail as well as:
- Previous experience in a tender proposal environment is desirable but not essential
- Advanced skills with MS Office and Adobe as well as other design programs is ideal
- A strong ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a proven ability to interact with various stakeholders make decisions and resolve problems
- Strong writing skills
- A team player able to work well in a small team environment
