A talented team of telecommunications professionals helping serve Sanford Health with 50K end points in 400 locations. Aggressively moving the organization to a new Cisco phone infrastructure off of EOL systems.Summary
Provides advanced understanding of the unified communications (UC) infrastructure.Job Description
Assists in evaluating new technology and in shaping the long-term strategy. Assists with the technical coordination during outages across the network. Provides expert Tier 3 support for unified communications technologies. Operational responsibility of unified communications solutions. Ability to work directly with Internal customers to gather information and troubleshoot issues. Engage and collaborate enterprise-wide to support and maintain solutions to enable effective communications tools. Interact directly with the business to assist in providing direction on appropriate usage of unified communication technologies. Provides support and guidance to UC engineer and technician staff.
Must be able to drive to locations requesting services and support.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in IT or related field required or five years experience related to communication technology.Valid Drivers License required. Must maintain a good driving record.
