The Enrollment Technology & CRM Strategy Manager is responsible for the administration optimization and strategic coordination of the divisions technology systems that support recruitment enrollment advising and student success. This role manages the daily operations of Ellucian Recruit (admissions CRM) EAB Navigate360 (student success CRM) and the AI technologies while serving as the divisions point person on technology strategy system integration and data-informed decision making.
The Manager collaborates with divisional and campus partners to ensure enrollment and student success technologies are effectively leveraged to improve processes enhance communication and support institutional goals.
