Senior TPM, Supply Chain, Project Kuiper

Project Kuiper is Amazons low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast reliable internet to customers and communities around the world and weve designed the system with the capacity flexibility and performance to serve a wide range of customers from individual households to schools hospitals businesses government agencies and other organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.

Were seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive PCB supply chain programs for Project Kuipers satellite constellation. This role will focus on implementing and managing supply chain processes supplier relationships and day-to-day operations to ensure reliable PCB procurement and manufacturing.


Key job responsibilities
Execute PCB supply chain strategies working with established suppliers and new partners to meet production demands
Manage supplier performance metrics quality standards and delivery schedules
Coordinate between internal engineering teams and external manufacturers to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement
Implement and maintain supply chain risk management processes
Lead supplier technical reviews and quality audits
Track and report on key supply chain metrics identifying trends and proposing solutions
Develop and maintain documentation for PCB manufacturing processes and requirements
Coordinate with quality engineering to ensure compliance with aerospace standards

NOTE: This role requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time

- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules

- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
