Established specialist roofing and cladding contractor delivering projects across the North of England recognised for quality delivery technical capability and long term client relationships.

Job Info:

Manage flat roofing contracts across Greater Manchester and the North West from handover to completion. Lead site teams and subcontractors plan labour and materials maintain health and safety and quality standards provide client updates and control programme and costs.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing flat roofing projects in a contracting environment
Strong planning communication and client facing skills with sound H&S knowledge
Ability to run multiple projects concurrently with commercial awareness
