We are working with an established and respected independent estate agency in Chelmsford to find an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engaging property professional ready to take the next step in their career with a company that values local knowledge strong client relationships and results.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Conducting property viewings and negotiating sales offers
  • Valuing and listing properties on the market
  • Managing and progressing sales from offer to completion
  • Developing new business and winning instructions
  • Maintaining regular contact with buyers sellers and solicitors
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

  • Proven experience in residential estate agency sales
  • Confident in property valuations and winning instructions
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Motivated enthusiastic and target-driven
  • A customer-focused mindset with a professional approach
  • Good knowledge of Chelmsford and surrounding areas
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
