Job Summary

We are looking for janitorial staff to provide cleaning services in commercial facilities in Wilmington DE. The goal is to keep buildings cleaned to specifications.

Responsibilities

Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting sweeping vacuuming mopping cleaning ceiling vents restroom cleaning etc.)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Trash removal
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Disinfecting common areas
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

Proven working experience providing janitorial services
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Integrity and ability to work independently
MUST be able to pass full background check
