We are seeking an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to fuel growth by researching accounts engaging prospects and generating qualified opportunities for our Enterprise Sales this role you will leverage tools like Salesforce Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to identify key decision-makers craft tailored outreach and drive demand through calls email and social channels. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to advance top accounts assist in closing smaller enterprise deals and represent XOi at industry events. Responsibilities:
Target and penetrate target accounts utilizing your outbound prospecting skills - research accounts identify key personas generate interest and develop accounts to drive demand
Use CRM data and data gathered by leveraging other tools and resources (eg Salesforce Google Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo) to effectively determine the right strategies to connect with prospective buyers.
Lead outbound interaction with Enterprise prospects through various channels (cold calls emails and social media) to engage and qualify them for further sales engagement.
Collaborate weekly with Enterprise Account Executives to create actionable plans for Top 20 Accounts and ensure next steps have been clearly defined and addressed on a consistent basis with prospects.
Work with the enterprise sales team and marketing to develop and refine prospect tailored messaging and approach.
Prepare comprehensive executive summaries for each introductory call including: in-depth research on participants insights into the prospects goals and attributes identification of gaps the Enterprise Account Executive should explore and recap of previous conversations or opportunities.
Maintain accurate and complete records within Salesforce to ensure data integrity and consistency including updating contact information tracking progress through sales pipeline accurately logging activities updating based on research on mergers acquisitions and executive leadership changes.
Schedule and organize discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives to further assess and penetrate and prospects business and their viability as a new customer with XOi. Actively participate in meetings take notes and provide insights where appropriate.
Actively participate in industry events and trade shows to network generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients.
Stay informed on market trends competitive landscape and competitors strategies products and target audiences to better position XOis offerings.
Qualifications:
2 years as an Inside Sales Representative Business Development Representative or Account Executive and cold calling experience (SaaS Field Service Management Software and/ or Construction Software experience preferred)
Proven experience meeting and exceed monthly quarterly and yearly quotas and KPIs
Effective time management skills - you know where you need to spend your time and you consistently focus on what needs to happen to drive the right results
Research accounts uncover needs and consultatively persuade decision makers to consider XOi as a solution to meet their field service needs
Professional communication skills and a keen focus on customer experience
Bring a sense of urgency to meeting your quota and to serve the needs of our prospective customers
Comfortable communicating and working with all levels including C-level
Ability to thrive and adapt in high-growth fast-paced sales environment
Proficient with sales tools such as Gong Outreach SalesLoft Salesforce ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator to support research and outreach
Experienced with tools like G-Suite Zoom Slack etc
Travel: must be willing to travel once or twice a quarter or as needed
