Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- SFDC-Data Cloud

In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing solutions using Data Cloud and Salesforce OMS primarily. Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Agentforce and hands on development experience of Data Cloud.

Responsibilities:

Data Cloud Development (Essential):
Design and implement data pipelines to ingest transform and load data into Data Cloud.
Develop data models and data flows to enable advanced analytics and insights.
Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate data-driven insights.
Integrate machine learning and AI models into Data Cloud to enhance data analysis and prediction.

Agentforce Development (good to have):
Design develop and deploy Agentforce agents to automate tasks and improve customer service efficiency.
Experience in writing complex and multi-step Prompt Builder steps and flows
Implement complex Agentforce orchestration flows to automate multi-step processes.
Integrate Agentforce with Data Cloud OMS Service Cloud Experience Cloud and other relevant systems both internal Salesforce systems and external platforms
Train and support users on Agentforce best practices.
Optimize Agentforce agents for performance and scalability.
Monitor Agentforce agents for errors and performance issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Certification on AI specialist and Data cloud are mandatory
Proven experience in cloud data engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java or Scala.
Experience with data modeling ETL processes and data warehousing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
