We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing strategies across various channels to drive lead generation customer engagement and revenue growth. This role leveragesAI-powered tools and insightsto enhance campaign performance optimize processes and deliver smarter data-driven outcomes.

This role is contributing to the Electrification and Installation Product Division.
Your Role: Own the Challenge
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Lead and refine the ELIP digital marketing strategy across key channels applyingAI insightsto improve efficiency engagement and results.
- Content Development and Management: Oversee execution of campaign assetslanding pages email templates PPC ads and video contentwhile guiding the use ofAI toolsfor personalization and efficiency. Ensure alignment with brand and business objectives and that content resonates with target audiences through the right channels.
- Dashboard Management: Create and maintain dashboards and reports integratingAI-driven analyticsto track performance and generate actionable. Liaise with Business Intelligence to enhance reporting.
- Digital Tools Expertise: Act as a power user for primary digital channels including AI-enabled tools for advertising ABM and marketing automation.
- Omnichannel Campaign Development: Work with Product Marketing and Marketing Specialists to develop an omnichannel approach to campaigns utilizing ABM techniques SEO PPC email campaigns.
What it takes to run what runs the world
- You are highly skilled in AI-driven (predictive analytics content generation customer segmentation personalization or automation). marketing platforms marketing CRM and marketing automation platform and in THE B2B market.
- You have 8 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on marketing automation including hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- You have a strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO SEM Paid Media Email ABM)
- You are passionate about new digital trends including AI You possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and translate data driven insights into actionable strategies.
- Hold a Bachelors Degree in digital marketing.
- Certifications in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot HubSpot) and/or AI marketing tools are considered an asset.
- You have Strong project management skills able to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in French and English both spoken and written. French is required. English is also required to regularly communicate with clients outside Quebec.
