DescriptionThe Tiger Institute is looking for a driven and analytical Business Analyst to manage and enhance our data analytics program specifically supporting our Health Information Exchange (HIE) members. This role is pivotal in ensuring our data programs meet the obligations set by the State of Missouri. The ideal candidate will be a bridge between our technical teams and business operations turning data into actionable insights that improve healthcare for all Missourians.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage the data analytics program providing critical data insights and support to our HIE members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the State of Missouri regarding data quality analytics programming and compliance.
- Collaborate daily with our core technology services team including engineering business operations and client management to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Gather analyze and document complex business requirements related to data quality and analytics solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear and precise functional and non-functional specifications for technical teams.
- Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify opportunities for improving data workflows and system efficiencies.
- Support the entire project lifecycle from initial planning and development through to testing deployment and post-implementation support.
- Ensure all data programs and reports adhere to state and federal regulations.
