Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Setting up managing and monitoring materials tools and production equipment
- Resolving minor malfunctions and operating the production equipment
- Perform production tasks (such as assembling instruments) overseeing safety and continuously monitoring process flow
- Identify and communicate about production bottlenecks and identify product deviations
- Liaise with development engineers regarding product and/or production changes
- Using your production knowledge and experience youll provide input to engineers for process development improvement and assurance
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- MBO level 3-4 in the field of process operator (precision) mechanical engineering or similar
- Experience in a production environment and affinity for precision mechanics
- Experience training others is a plus
- Proficiency in English
- Tech savvy affinity for ICT
