At Fresh Solutions Netherlands we are looking for enthusiastic Machine Operators who want to contribute to the success of our production our modern 36000 m² warehouse we process a wide range of fruit and vegetables using advanced machinery and a dedicated team.

Your Role as a Machine Operator
As a Machine Operator you ensure a smooth production process. You work with various machines such as sorting machines packaging lines weighing systems and netting machines. You are responsible for correct machine settings checking labels and weights and guiding your team to achieve optimal output.
Your tasks include:
- Preparing workstations and materials
- Instructing employees on the production line
- Monitoring progress and troubleshooting issues
- Performing quality checks and minor maintenance
- Cleaning machines after production
- Recording production data and contributing improvement ideas

What You Bring
- Relevant experience as a Machine Operator
- Stress-resistant accurate and technically minded
- Good command of Dutch and/or English
- Possession of a driving license
- Flexible and willing to work on Saturdays
- Experience in the fresh produce sector is a plus no experience with our machines No problem well be happy to train you!
