Location/Division Specific Information:
At Patheon part of Thermo Fisher Scientific in Tilburg we are working on the development and production of commercial drugs in the form of Softgel Capsules.
How Will You Make an Impact:
By joining our team you will play a pivotal role in enabling our customers to make the world healthier cleaner and safer. Your contribution will be crucial in providing world-class solutions and flawless execution of manufacturing processes.
A Day in the Life:
You will collaborate with approximately 25-30 dedicated operators in one of the following departments:
- **Gelatine/Medicine**: Pre-weighing raw materials or preparing batches
- **Encapsulation**: Forming and spreading Softgel Capsules or dispensing
- **Post Production**: Inspecting or packaging Softgel Capsules
Experience:
- Required: No previous work experience required
- Preferred: Previous work experience in manufacturing operations production or lab setting or related field
- Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- Proficient in Dutch both written and spoken.
- Punctuality
- Responsibility
- User-level IT knowledge
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Engagement in forceful effort during lifting and cleaning tasks.
- Exposure to noise heat and moving equipment parts.
- Performing tasks in various positions including bending stair climbing and repetitive work.
- Wearing protective clothing such as shoes gloves face masks and hairnets.
