Job Summary
Senior Product Designer I
Were seeking a Senior Product Designer II to join our Product Design team in India. Youll collaborate with cross-functional partners on high-impact initiatives across our platform shaping workflows defining patterns and ensuring that complex capabilities are made simple and usable.
Responsibilities
-Drive end-to-end design for product features and workflows from research and framing through to execution.
-Navigate ambiguity by exploring broad problem spaces and proposing clear actionable solutions.
-Partner closely with Product Managers Engineers and Researchers to align design with strategy and delivery.
-Apply and help evolve our design system (Yama-DS) to ensure consistency scalability and craft across the platform.
-Validate ideas through usability testing and user research turning insights into improvements.
-Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and build alignment across teams.
-Contribute to the growth of design culture mentoring peers and sharing best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills
-5-8 years of product design experience ideally with complex B2B or SaaS applications.
-Strong skills in interaction design systems thinking and visual polish.
-A portfolio that demonstratesend-to-end product design and problem-solving in complex domains.
-Experience working within design systems and cross-product ecosystems.
-Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools); curiosity about AI-augmented workflows is a plus.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills across distributed global teams.
