职责描述
技术战略域方向引领
负责KONE 边缘设备的技术规划和体系搭建追踪行业发展趋势确保技术路线的先进性/可行性/可扩展性
研发代表与跨部门协同
与产品/供应商(ODM)/测试及外部合作伙伴进行高效沟通与协作
精准拉通内外部资源解决项目进程中瓶颈问题 项目开发过程中对项目内工作进行合理调配以配合项目能够按时完成
与欧洲技术团队一起对硬件方案进行讨论与评审/协商/协作解决技术分歧(有英语沟通强需求)
项目管理与交付
确保产品符合时间/预算/质量要求
确保硬件产品符合相关的安全/法律法规/认证体系 团队管理与团队能力建设
负责硬件团队的建设与管理包括但不限于人才选拔/培养/绩效评估/能力梯队建设
岗位要求
本科及以上学历通信电子计算机及相关专业毕业 5年以上边缘设备开发管理经验 精通C/C编程熟悉常用嵌入式操作系统开发 具备嵌入式软件架构设计的能力 熟悉常用通讯接口及协议 熟悉硬件产品开发流程 熟悉常用的硬件侧安全解决方案和常用软件加解密算法 具备良好的技术产品项目文档撰写能力善于总结提炼问题不断优化解决方案 英文的口头交流和书面表达流利 积极主动认真负责具有开创和引领精神 具有产品系统工程师经验优先考虑
具有电梯物联网产品开发经验的优先考虑
