In this role youll be a subject matter expert implementing coordinating and overseeing the occupational health hygiene and wellbeing strategy and initiatives across our operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives across the group.
- Leading the development and implementation of health and hygiene risk assessments and monitoring programs.
- Using data to report analyse trends and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Driving the Health & Wellbeing Strategy with initiatives that support good physical and mental health.
- Participation in psychosocial risk management strategy and programs.
- Identification of occupational hygiene issues and delivering practical solutions.
- Development of training and coaching for managers and employees to improve occupational health hygiene and wellbeing awareness and engagement.
Be part of the solution
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety Allied HealthOccupational Hygiene Environmental Science or related field.
- Experience in managing occupational hygiene programs and delivering risk-based solutions across multiple sites and jurisdictions.
- Experience in developing and delivering structured wellbeing plans and initiatives.
- Effective communicator with proven stakeholder engagement across all levels; collaborates as part of a broader HSE team.
- Proficient in addressing psychosocial risks and driving wellbeing and cultural initiatives.
- Willing and able to travel to support multi-site operations.
