Job Summary
Description
- Documenting adherence and compliance to both internal and external documents references and requirements as directed by the customer
- Developing policy and procedure to support contract execution in accordance with customer requirements
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as needed or directed in accordance with industry standards to facilitate process improvement
- Tracking CDRL delivery and compliance
- Tracking and assisting completing corrective actions from audits surveillances and RCAs
FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline
- Three (3) years of experience conducting engineering Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Five (5) years experience conducting engineering audits and surveillances
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent
Desired Skills
- Lean Six Sigma Black or Master Belt or equivalent
Clearance Information
SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
