The Field Recruiter will be responsible for supporting hiring efforts for store-level positions including Store Manager Assistant Store Manager and PT Supervisor/Manager roles. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and effective recruitment support across our field locations.
Source qualified candidates for field roles from internal requests and reports using various job boards and other recruitment methods
Partner with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and ensure alignment
Serve as a point of contact for field recruitment related inquiries providing timely and accurate responses
Close out requisitions over 30 days in the applicant tracking system to maintain data accuracy
Manage job board subscriptions and access for field partners
Respond to recruitment related help desk and email questions from field partners
Stay up to date on new sourcing tools best practices and how the team can best utilize these recruiting and networking tools
Be a Claires ambassador to attract top talent to the Company
Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business human resources or related discipline preferred
2 years of high-volume recruiting experience with at least 1 year of prior recruiting in a 3rd party agency environment highly preferred
Highly organized and detail-oriented able to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
Strong MS Suite skills
Experience with recruitment management tools and/or Workday ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
Exceptional time management organizational and communication skills required
Compensation Range: $59670.00 - $79560.00Claires is committed to adhering to all applicable company policies and federal state and local laws and regulations. All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed. The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience education certifications skills and geographic location.
