Position Summary:
The Director of Field Services is responsible for leading all day-to-day field operations ensuring that every service call installation and repair meets the companys standards of quality safety and customer satisfaction. This leader will manage technicians improve operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead train and motivate field service technicians and supervisors.
Oversee scheduling dispatching and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
Maintain high standards for safety customer experience and workmanship.
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure service quality and profitability.
Develop and implement training programs for skill development and certification.
Analyze field performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with state regulations safety codes and internal policies.
Manage inventory tools vehicles and equipment allocation.
Support recruiting onboarding and retention of top field talent.
Qualifications:
7 years of experience in plumbing HVAC or mechanical services management.
Proven leadership experience managing field teams and service operations.
Strong understanding of scheduling dispatch and customer service software.
Excellent communication and team-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency-response environment.
Trade license or technical background preferred (Plumbing HVAC or Mechanical).
