Pay Rate: $10.00/hr
Job Description:
Player Support & Logistics
Provide transportation support for players (e.g. rides to/from practice events appointments).
Act as a key point of contact for student-athletes day-to-day needs.
Support players with personal and team-related errands or logistics.
Facility & Practice Prep
Set up and maintain range balls and practice areas.
Ensure practice and training facilities are clean organized and ready for use.
Monitor facility cleanliness and upkeep throughout the day.
Equipment & Inventory Management
Organize and maintain the equipment room.
Track and restock essential supplies (e.g. balls towels training aids).
Receive sort and distribute incoming packages.
Maintain a clean and efficient system for gear uniforms and team equipment.
Team Amenities & Hospitality
Restock team fridge with drinks/snacks.
Ensure athletes have access to necessary nutrition or hydration items.
Help prepare team spaces for meetings gatherings or events.
Team Operations & Support
Serve as the Head Coachs right hand in day-to-day operations.
Assist with scheduling communication and general coordination.
Help troubleshoot logistical issues as they arise with flexibility and problem-solving.
