Qualifications
Price File Maintenance - Pricing team feeds the information about prices and developrules/codification in the system for passenger cars and commercial vehicles which needs to be audited by Price Validation Analyst to ensure quality.
- To download save and maintain S-OX documents as per guidelines.
- To audit the rules set in the system for the cars manufactured in Ford to generate Intercompany and dealer invoice.
- To download VINS and generate samples along with maintenance of samples database.
- To perform quality checks by verifying sample pro-forma invoices to ensure quality output.
- Billing images must be verified against the order placed along with price by comparing with local Dealer pricelist.
- To prepare various metrics like invoice verification completion invoice pending to be prioritized sampling metrics issue identification ageing metrics etc.
- Follow-up with Pricing Analyst to action / close the open issues.
- To achieve NIL issues missed by the Price Validation Team and ensure all the issues are identified before vehicles generate final invoice in the European vehicle accounting system.

- Interact with counterparts participate in team and management discussions
- Maintain compliance and control documentation and manage audits and reviews
