Nursery Manager Up to 50000

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager with a track record of achieving good or outstanding Ofsted ratings.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of early years curriculum safeguarding and quality assurance.
  • Excellent organisational communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate about supporting childrens learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the nursery ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Deliver high-quality early years education in line with Ofsted requirements.
  • Support and develop staff through training coaching and performance management.
  • Maintain and improve nursery standards driving continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and manage budgets resources and staffing levels efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with children families and the wider community.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards.
