What Were Looking For

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Proven experience as a Nursery Manager with a track record of achieving good or outstanding Ofsted ratings.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of early years curriculum safeguarding and quality assurance.
Excellent organisational communication and problem-solving abilities.
Passionate about supporting childrens learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the nursery ensuring smooth daily operations.
Deliver high-quality early years education in line with Ofsted requirements.
Support and develop staff through training coaching and performance management.
Maintain and improve nursery standards driving continuous improvement.
Monitor and manage budgets resources and staffing levels efficiently.
Build strong relationships with children families and the wider community.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards.
