This Position reports to:

Production Manager

Your role and responsibilities:

Reporting to the Production Manager in this role as an Operations Data Analyst you will collect analyze and interpret data using a variety of tools that will be used to help Motion Drive Products to make informed choices and solve problems.

This role supports Motion Drive Products in New Berlin WI.

The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

Gathering a variety of different types of data and be able to present it in a clear and concise manner i.e. creating trendlines identifying patterns and supporting the development and digitalization of shop floor management KPIs and Performance Management.
Identifying areas of waste and inefficiency and coordinate operations efforts to promote continuous improvement and facilitate/participate in cross-functional problem-solving teams.
Conducting regular audits and monitor and assess the effectiveness of operations projects and initiatives.
Serve as a Backup for employee onboarding and OTJ Training.
Supporting department inspections 4Ds safety investigations.
Training and coaching shop floor employees on lean management and supporting Continuous Improvement Projects.

Qualifications for the role:

High school diploma and 2 years of experience as a lean practitioner and/or change agent in manufacturing operations with a focus on safety quality delivery cost and inventory improvements.
Experience with data analytics Microsoft Office 365 Suite Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate.
Experience working with cross-functional teams utilizing informal servant leadership skills and emotional intelligence.
This opportunity requires flexible thinking and creative problem solving in support of a brand new state of the art manufacturing facility.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
