Value Advisory at Whatfix is a part of Solution Consulting and owns the end to end journey of value right from articulation to realisation. The team closely works with Sales and Solution Consultants to deliver compelling business cases to our prospective clients. It is a high visibility team with a direct influence on win-rate ARR and expansion. It is a niche consulting team having expertise in sales marketing finance technology and strategy in a defined proportion.
Key Responsibilities:
Discover pain areas use cases and data points from the prospects for a value analysis
Create custom business cases with detailed value modelling
Gather review and feedback from the sellers peers to refine the business case
Deliver & Present business cases to the prospect own objections and numbers
Develop value models for new product services offerings from scratch
Coach sellers solution consultants CSMs on the value approach as and when required
Create templates and edits in the business case tool as and when required
Develop collaterals to evangelize the concept of value internally as well as amongst our customers
Qualification Criteria:
Top-tier B-school pedigree
Should have worked in the field of Value Advisory for at least 2-5 years
Must have worked in a customer facing role for US/EMEA region customers for a Product/SaaS company
Great in communication presentation and executive presence
Strong excel and powerpoint skills
Good to have :
Experience in configuring value tools like ecosystems mediafly symbe cuvama etc.
Working knowledge of post-sales value realisation
Existing US Visa for business travel
