Summary Introduction:
The Content Writer will be responsible for reviewing auditing and refining documents related to a national program focused on Customer Experience (CX) User Experience (UX) and overall experience innovation. This role requires strong skills in writing editing and content structuring with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear concise and impactful language. The writer will ensure all documentation aligns with strategic program goals adheres to tone-of-voice and policy standards and clearly communicates value across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and enhance written materials including reports proposals frameworks and guidelines.
- Ensure clarity consistency and alignment with CX/UX best practices and government communication standards.
- Translate technical or conceptual information into accessible persuasive content.
- Collaborate with program leads consultants and design teams to reflect accurate messaging.
- Maintain structured formatting and terminological consistency across all program documents.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in content writing or editing preferably in public sector consulting or experience design fields.
- 3 - 6 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of CX UX and innovation terminology and frameworks.
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic/English) is a must.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to balance strategic vision and content clarity.
- Excellent communication skills.
