As a Recruitment Consultant at Amby you will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients shaping recruitment strategies advising on talent markets and driving measurable results.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for some of Swedens most exciting companies.
  • Build long-term client partnerships while consistently delivering high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Influence how we develop and deliver recruitment and HR consulting services in Sweden
  • Share your expertise and mentor junior consultants helping them grow into future talent leaders.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by applying new AI-driven tools in your daily work - and help clients implement them too.
  • Shape Ambys position in the Swedish market by driving client relationships representing Amby at industry events and contributing to building thought leadership.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a consultant or advisor within recruitment and/or HR ideally with exposure to HR as a Service Delivery model.
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships identify new opportunities and act as a trusted partner to leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to connect recruitment and HR to broader business goals.
  • A strong network in Swedens talent market ideally within startups scaleups or large enterprises.
  • A proven track record of advising clients running processes independently and delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • The ability to connect naturally with people and represent Amby in the market from client meetings to industry events and thought leadership arenas.
  • Full professional fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).
  • The confidence to take up space show initiative and take responsibility. As a part of a small team in Sweden every person truly counts.
  • Clear thought leadership potential: you are curious bold and driven to shape the future of talent in the Nordics (and beyond).
