Job Description
Monthly Salary : $2500to $3000 per month depending on experience
Location : Remote (preferred: South Africa)
Key Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Analysis
-
Build and maintain detailed financial models to support forecasting budgeting and decision-making.

Conduct unit economics analysis to evaluate the efficiency and profitability of business operations.

Provide scenario and sensitivity analyses to guide investment and resource allocation.

Business & Strategic Support
-
Partner with leadership to evaluate new business opportunities partnerships and market expansion plans.

Support board-level reporting with clear financial insights and executive-ready presentations.

Track KPIs and performance metrics offering recommendations for improvements.

Data Management & Reporting
-
Collect validate and analyze financial and operational data.
-
Prepare dashboards and management reports for ongoing visibility.

Ensure accuracy and clarity in data used for decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field (Master s preferred).
-
5 years of experience in financial analysis investment banking corporate finance or M&A.

Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong deck-building skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides).

Strong grasp of unit economics P&L management and business modeling.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
