- Provide leadership and management to the nursing staff.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with state federal and facility regulations.
- Oversee patient care planning and ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage staffing scheduling and performance evaluations for nursing personnel.
- Monitor and maintain nursing budget supplies and resources.
- Conduct training and development programs for nursing staff.
- Education: Bachelors or Associates Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of nursing management or Director of Nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required. ACLS preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
