Job Summary

Director of Nursing- Contract Role

We are seeking a Director of Nursing for a 9-weeks travel/contract assignment in Franklin NH 03235. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.

Job Details:

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $2480 - $2640; (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and management to the nursing staff.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with state federal and facility regulations.
Oversee patient care planning and ensure quality standards are met.
Manage staffing scheduling and performance evaluations for nursing personnel.
Monitor and maintain nursing budget supplies and resources.
Conduct training and development programs for nursing staff.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors or Associates Degree in Nursing (BSN).
License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of nursing management or Director of Nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required. ACLS preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
