Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced qTest Administrator to manage and support Tricentis qTest environments across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test management tools automation integration and cross-functional collaboration with QA development and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain Tricentis qTest platform ensuring optimal performance and availability.

- Configure user roles permissions workflows and integrations with tools like Jira Tosca ALM and CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to manage and execute test cases.

- Support test automation workflows and ensure seamless integration with qTest.

- Monitor application performance troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

- Maintain documentation for configurations upgrades and best practices.

- Generate and manage test reports dashboards and metrics for stakeholders.

- Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users to enhance tool adoption.

- Ensure compliance with security policies patch management and disaster recovery plans.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in QA tools administration with at least 3 years in qTest.

- Strong understanding of Tricentis qTest Jira and other test management tools.

- Experience in managing upgrades performance tuning and user support.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Power BI PowerApps or other reporting tools.

- Familiarity with SAP testing environments.

- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
