Job Summary

Exp-8 Years

Detailed JD:

Design develop and maintain ATF test suites and custom test steps for ServiceNow applications.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into automated test cases.
Perform functional regression and integration testing using ATF and other automation tools.
Conduct API testing performance testing and security validation.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Maintain test documentation and ensure traceability of test cases to requirements.
Work with CI/CD tools to integrate automated tests into the deployment pipeline.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA ServiceNow Test Management or similar.
Experience with Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies.
Knowledge of ServiceNow data models workflows and integrations.
