Associate Principal Engineer, ServiceNow (GRC and Legal)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience 11 years
• Strong working experience with ServiceNow architecture application development and implementation experience.
• Strong working experience in service now module GRC and Legal.
• Strong command of ServiceNow platform components such as Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions ACLs Flow Designer etc.
• Solid knowledge in MID Server setup platform upgrades troubleshooting and integrations.
• Extensive experience with scripting (JavaScript Glide) Web Services (REST SOAP) SRAPI import set APIs.
• Experience designing and implementing custom scoped applications.
• Proven record of delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles including version control CI/CD unit testing.
• Ability to consult and influence on technical decisions and architectural best practices.
• Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in enterprise software development in ServiceNow-competitive application domains.
• Knowledge of SOA technologies including REST SOAP and integration techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality configuration.
• Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
• Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
• Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
• Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture framework and high-level design of the application for the developers
• Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility scalability security design patterns user experience NFRs etc. and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
• Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies patterns and frameworks to materialize it
• Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
