Job Summary
At Elevate Pilates were building more than a studio were building a community. Our vision is to create an inspiring welcoming space in Berlin where people come together to move grow and feel their best. To help us deliver this vision were looking for a Studio Manager who can take ownership of daily operations and ensure a seamless experience for both our clients and our team.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily studio operations including class schedules client experience and studio upkeep.
- Manage and support the Front-of-House team ensuring excellent service and smooth check-in processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for staff and clients addressing questions and concerns with professionalism.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling payroll support and supplier coordination.
- Track and report on studio KPIs (attendance membership retention) to ensure performance goals are met.
- Collaborate with management on new ideas partnerships and events to grow the Elevate Pilates community.
- Uphold the studios standards of cleanliness organization and client care.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role (hospitality fitness or wellness industry preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail you love keeping things running efficiently.
- Comfort with multitasking and solving problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive hands-on mindset you dont just manage you lead by example.
- Passion for health fitness and creating a positive community experience.
- Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
