Your Tasks:

• Set up and optimize affiliate ad campaigns to meet daily goals.
• Manage the daily AdOps flow ensuring reliable tracking and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve ad-serving problems.
• Analyze campaign performance using Business Intelligence tools generating reports and providing key insights to our account management teams.
• Ensure compliance with client and industry regulations.
• Assist in testing new ad formats and strategies to boost efficiency.
• Support senior team members in building strong relationships with our affiliate current with industry trends and best practices.

Your Profile:

• Experience in digital advertising affiliate marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies like HTML or JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.A genuine eagerness to learn and grow in the digital marketing space.
