Tasks
As a Sales Assistant youll support our Growth Team in driving sales activities and ensuring smooth processes. Your mission:
- Assist with identifying and contacting potential customers via LinkedIn email and other digital channels
- Support the preparation and follow-up of sales calls meetings and events
- Help organize and optimize outreach campaigns and lead generation activities
- Maintain and update CRM data prospect lists and sales documents
- Coordinate with Sales Marketing and Operations to align activities and ensure efficient workflows
- Prepare reports presentations and materials to support the sales team
- Contribute to improving sales processes tools and customer communication
Requirements
What were looking for:
- Initial experience or strong interest in sales support lead generation or customer communication
- Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Proactive mindset team spirit and strong communication skills
- Ability to work with digital tools and willingness to learn new sales technologies
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; German is a plus
