Kforce has a client that is seeking an End-to-End Solutions Architect fully onsite in Miami FL.

Job Duties:

Strategic Architecture and Design:

* Design end-to-end enterprise solutions across multiple systems platforms and technologies

* Create architectural blueprints roadmaps and technical standards for the organization

* Evaluate and select appropriate technologies frameworks and platforms

* Define integration patterns and data flow between enterprise systems

* Ensure solutions align with business strategy and enterprise architecture principles

* Implement and lead a strong Product Management function for both Collaboration and general-purpose AI tools

* Drive the strategy for world class and consistent product management practices across the Services and Platforms organization

* Drive synergy and optimization initiatives to ensure we are making the most of our licensed software without duplicated capabilities

AI Strategy and Enablement:

* Lead the strategy and delivery of AI tools for knowledge workers and workgroups

* Advance this technology build a clear roadmap and communications plan to clearly guide employees to the right AI tool for their needs

* Partner closely with other AI and Innovation teams across TWDC to ensure our general-purpose AI toolsets are aligned with and taking innovation from the larger strategies

* Drive a training and advocacy program to help accelerate general purpose AI skillsets across the company and a culture of innovation in this emerging space

Technical Leadership:

* Lead technical design sessions with development teams and stakeholders

* Provide hands-on guidance during complex implementations

* Review and approve technical designs from other architects and senior developers

* Mentor junior architects and senior developers

* Drive architectural governance and compliance
