Pay Rate: $ 135000.00
We have partnered with a large environmental consulting firm in the Akron OH area to provide them with a Construction Project Manager. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Construction Project Manager:
#1. Must have a valid Drivers License
#2. Must have at least 10yrs of construction exp with at least 7yrs of Mgmt/Supervisory exp.
#3. Must have the ability to become prequalified as a CE-2.
#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10yrs.
Requirements of the Construction Project Manager:
- Bachelors degree in construction management civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to become prequalified as a CE-2 with the Ohio Department of Transportation a plus.
- 10 years of related experience are preferred.
- 7 years of supervisory experience are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills are required.
Other Key Requirements:
- 100% onsite in-office role.
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
