Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Superintendent in managing daily on-site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and inspections to maintain schedule and quality standards.
Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
Conduct daily site walks to ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications.
Maintain accurate field documentation including RFIs daily reports and progress photos.
Support the resolution of field issues and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
Ensure quality control procedures are followed and assist in punch list completion.
Represent Ironcore Construction professionally with clients inspectors and the public.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 5 years of experience in construction with at least 2 years in multifamily projects.
Strong understanding of construction methods scheduling and safety protocols.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Procore Bluebeam MS Project).
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site full-time.
