Tasks
- Expand our customer portfolio by attracting new clients both domestically and internationally within the American market while also enhancing the development of the sales region
- Establish a comprehensive long-term key account management strategy setting clear objectives for our NDIR gas sensors and inertial sensors
- Discover new market opportunities and identify potential areas for growth
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with our existing customers on both national and international levels
- Assist in the development and execution of tailored business plans for individual clients
- Regularly visit customers to build relationships and participate in trade shows and industry conferences
- Develop sales forecasts and provide detailed reports directly to the sales leadership team
Requirements
- Completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Technical Sales Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
- Relevant professional experience in sales e.g. as a Key Account Manager Sales Manager Industrial Engineer or similar roles
- Fluent English language skills with German language knowledge being a plus
- Strong market knowledge of the American sales territory
- Excellent technical understanding and enthusiasm for our solutions
- Assertiveness strong communication skills and negotiation expertise
- Structured working style and a team player mentality
