We are seeking an Athena Generalist / Implementation Expert to join our team. This role will involve leading Athena system implementations facilitating discussions across cross-functional teams and driving items to resolution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with Athena strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate and bring clarity in complex healthcare environments.

Job Description:

Act as a subject matter expert for Athena implementations.
Gather collate and synthesize information quickly from multiple stakeholders.
Facilitate discussions and bring teams together across functional areas.
Drive resolution of key issues and ensure project milestones are met.
Provide clear written and verbal communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams ensuring alignment throughout implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience with Athena implementations.
Strong background in healthcare systems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead discussions facilitate team collaboration and resolve issues quickly.
