- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients OEMs and semiconductor companies.
- Manage mentor and develop a high-performing sales team to align with business objectives.
- Drive customer engagement by building strong relationships and providing technical sales support for high-value deals.

- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

- Utilize an established network within the semiconductor industry to drive business growth.
- Demonstrate strong sales leadership with a proven track record at the Senior Manager or Director level.
