Position: MDM Business Process Analyst

Location: New Carrollton MD

Duration: Contract

Description:

  • Bachelors degree in information systems Business Administration Computer Science or related field; or equivalent combination of education training and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5- 10 years of experience in IT support business analysis or systems administration with direct exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g. IBM MaaS360 Intune AirWatch or similar).
  • Business Process Skills: Ability to document analyze and improve workflows; experience creating process maps requirements documentation and user guides.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with enterprise mobile devices (iOS Android Windows) asset management and compliance monitoring.
  • Customer support: Ability to troubleshoot customer problems and the ability to provide training.
  • Carrier/Provider Support: Some experience working with carrier service providers (e.g. AT&T Verizon T-Mobile) for provisioning escalations and troubleshooting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving data gathering and reporting abilities with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical details into business terms.

Other: Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines; strong customer service orientation; willingness to pursue relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL Foundation CompTIA Mobility).

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will liaison with internal and external project teams to identify prospective suppliers and maintain spreadsheets of all activities. Work with
  • Engineering/Infrastructure/Operations/Project Management teams to identify suppliers of goods and services and the equipment needed.
  • Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods. Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered.
  • Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive. Weekly or Monthly status reports on progress.
  • Work closely with the projects team to understand details of procurement requirements.
  • Identify inefficiencies and other bugs to be flushed out.
  • Assist with managing project budgets for all technology projects.
