Position: MDM Business Process Analyst

Location: New Carrollton MD

Duration: Contract

Description:

Bachelors degree in information systems Business Administration Computer Science or related field; or equivalent combination of education training and experience.
Experience: Minimum 5- 10 years of experience in IT support business analysis or systems administration with direct exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g. IBM MaaS360 Intune AirWatch or similar).
Business Process Skills: Ability to document analyze and improve workflows; experience creating process maps requirements documentation and user guides.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with enterprise mobile devices (iOS Android Windows) asset management and compliance monitoring.
Customer support: Ability to troubleshoot customer problems and the ability to provide training.
Carrier/Provider Support: Some experience working with carrier service providers (e.g. AT&T Verizon T-Mobile) for provisioning escalations and troubleshooting.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving data gathering and reporting abilities with attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical details into business terms.

Other: Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines; strong customer service orientation; willingness to pursue relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL Foundation CompTIA Mobility).

Responsibilities:

Candidate will liaison with internal and external project teams to identify prospective suppliers and maintain spreadsheets of all activities. Work with
Engineering/Infrastructure/Operations/Project Management teams to identify suppliers of goods and services and the equipment needed.
Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods. Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered.
Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive. Weekly or Monthly status reports on progress.
Work closely with the projects team to understand details of procurement requirements.
Identify inefficiencies and other bugs to be flushed out.
Assist with managing project budgets for all technology projects.
