Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource professional to join our team in Lagos Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource management within the real estate and fintech industry. You will play a critical role in shaping our HR policies and practices supporting employee growth and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your expertise will be vital in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
- Manage employee relations addressing issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Oversee performance management processes ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement HR policies that support the companys strategic objectives.
- Administer payroll management processes ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation among employees.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and employee relations.
- Experience in performance management and HR policy development.
- Proficient in payroll management practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Good understanding of employment laws and regulations in Nigeria.
- Any relevant educational background is acceptable.
