Recooty is looking for a dynamic Associate SaaS Sales Executive to join our Sales team in the Human Resources/HR industry. This is a full-time position based on-site in Indore. As a Sales Executive you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our SaaS solutions to potential clients. If you are passionate about sales have a strong understanding of SaaS products and thrive in a target-driven environment we would love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in B2B sales preferably in the SaaS industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to articulate their value proposition
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driven self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
