Globallogistic is seeking an Entry-Level Personal Secretary to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology/IT industry. As a Personal Secretary you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives managing schedules coordinating meetings and handling confidential information. This is a full-time position based in Noida offering the opportunity to work on-site and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives including managing calendars and appointments
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings conferences and travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Prepare and organize documents reports and presentations
  • Comfortable for the Travel meeting and events
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
